Oversees operations and software delivery at APEXA. A full-stack engineer across Java, PHP, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Laravel, Angular and React, Joel builds courier, school management, law enforcement and mobile systems, backed by hands-on network and infrastructure support.
Leads technology and hardware at APEXA. An expert in IoT, embedded systems, AI/ML and computer vision, Munashe delivers hardware-software integration, mobile apps, fraud detection systems, ERP integrations and IoT solutions using Arduino, Raspberry Pi and PCB design.
